Returns & Refunds

Signed books: Because each copy is personalized, signed books are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

Damaged items: If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement.

Digital products: Companion Guides, sheet music, and other downloadable files are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
